Shipping Policy

At Oraa Studio, we currently ship across India and offer free shipping on all orders.

We ship orders only within India.
Free shipping is available on all orders.
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners and registered postal services.
Delivery may require a signature or confirmation at the time of delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We use express shipping wherever applicable. However, delivery timelines are managed by our third-party courier partners, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Courier partners may not be able to call or notify you immediately before or during delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
If you are generally unavailable at home, we recommend providing an office/work address or another suitable address where someone can receive the package.
If delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts. This may result in a delay in receiving your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
If you no longer wish to receive a shipped order, you may refuse the delivery. Any applicable consequences will be subject to Oraa Studio's return/refund policy.

Orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Delivery times may vary due to factors such as remote locations, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
